“Nora” - An Arch Davis designed ‘Ace 14’
The hull is 6 mm okoume plywood sheathed with glass cloth and epoxy, spars Sitka spruce & all rigging & fittings stainless or bronze. The sails were built by Frank & Axel Schattauer & are in great shape, also a full cover in good shape. Photos are from launch day at the boatyard & also from last week. 2 on the trailer. I built Nora in the loft of Miller & Miller boatyard in 2014 & now living on Vashon island where the boat is on a trailer always under cover. I need to keep the trailer for my other boat, yet to be launched, but close!
